In order to purchase from this site you must complete a registration form for approval. GaiamPRO requires business verification for wholesale purchases.You MUST provide a valid ABN with company details to become an approved wholesale partner.

If no ABN is supplied, your application will be automatically rejected.

Upon approval, you will be able to log in with a user name and password and start shopping

We strongly believe that you will benefit by carrying the Gaiam line and hope that you enjoy the experience and successes that we have.

With this in mind, we only select wholesale partners that believe we can and will grow.

Our application process is our way of getting to know you and your business.

We also need to verify certain details about your business before we can provide wholesale goods to you.

You will receive an email confirming your username and password. This can then be used to log in to GaiamPRO and start ordering.

GaiamPro does not offer exclusivity for any products to wholesale accounts.

Orders only be placed online. Phone and mail are not available at this time.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. We do not accept cheques or money orders.

There are no minimums for the number of individual items purchased. Freight is charged on a tiered basis based on the value of each order – the higher the order value means less freight charges are applied as per the tiers below:-

Orders Under $330 = $55 Freight

Orders Between $330 – $550 = $44 Freight

Orders Over $550 = Freight is Free / Not Charged

Your application may have been rejected because of the following reasons;

Incorrect / Unregistered ABN

The ABN number you have submitted on your application may have been entered incorrectly or is currently unregistered. We conduct our ABN checks using the following government website: Check that you have provided us with the correct ABN on your application. If not, please re-apply using the correct ABN.

Non-matching Industry Type

Our policy is to only approve account applications from businesses operating in the fitness, health and wellness industries. All accounts must have a current and valid ABN number. Please refer to clause 2 in the terms and conditions for more details.
