This very easy to follow practice which begins with a Gentle Stretch segment followed by the Stress Relief pose section and finishing with Deep Relaxation. This practice is specifically designed to target tension held in the neck, shoulders and back through gentle stretches and poses to increase well-being and vitality.
How to Use Restorative Props Tutorial/Practice:
This two part Bonus segment offers a 17 minute entry-level tutorial on the correct use of restorative props. Followed by a 13 minute Restorative Props Practice.
